Bird Watching in Lough Boora

Over one hundred and thirty bird species have been recorded in the Parklands including the endangered wild Grey Partridge. During the winter months large numbers of waders, ducks and swans are attracted into the area while summer sees the arrival of smaller visitors such as Wheatear and Whinchat.
